Bob is an accomplished and experienced litigator. He has secured acquittals for his clients in several high profile criminal matters, ranging from Death Penalty to Summary offenses. He also has significant litigation experience in State and Federal Civil matters, Professional licensing infractions, binding Arbitration hearings, Administrative Law proceedings, Title IX actions, ChildLine investigations, and Student Conduct infractions. He is a proud advocate for teachers and education professionals through his affiliation with PSEA, guiding countless members through the minefield of internal administrative investigations and the disciplinary process. Bob has an aptitude for obtaining positive outcomes in seemingly insurmountable circumstances. He is as comfortable negotiating a favorable resolution to a matter as he litigating a case. Bob graduated from the California State University system and earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law. Bob was previously employed as a Senior Deputy Public Defender in the Dauphin County Pennsylvania Public Defender's Office and as an Associate at a small firm in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He has guest lectured at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, Widener University School of Law and the Central Pennsylvania College. He has been selected to serve as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. 



Bob has resided in Central Pennsylvania for over twenty years. In addition to his legal pursuits, Bob is a prodigious international traveler and has hiked the entire length of the Appalachian Trail. He is an avid fisherman, kayaker, certified sailboat skipper, and scuba diver who also enjoys rehabbing real estate in his spare time.
